ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE meets the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Responsible in providing for planning, training and administrative support for the programs and activities of the Church. Accomplished through functions in Personnel, Budget and Finance, Stewardship, Audit, Orientation and Training of Church Officers, facilitating the Nominating Committee, Public Relations, Planning and Strategy, Representation at Presbytery, General Administration and Coordination, Transportation Services, Building Use.
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE meets the last Wednesday of January, April, June, OctoberCHRISTIAN EDUCATION COMMITTEE meets first Sunday of the month at 12:15 p.m. Responsible for providing for a wide spectrum of the educational needs of the congregation through Church Schools, Youth Programs, Adult Programs, Teacher recruiting/training, Family Life Education, Child Development Center, Library. CONGREGATIONAL LIFE COMMITTEE meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Provides times for participation in activities that will strengthen the Church through Membership Nurture and Support, Fellowship and Groups, Hanging of the Greens, Greeters, Athletics, Y nights, Women’s & Men’s Ministries.
WORSHIP AND MUSIC COMMITTEE meets 4th Tuesday of the month, 5:30 p.m.
Responsible, in consultation with the Pastor, for planning, coordination, and oversight of worship services for music programs for the congregation through Pulpit Supply; Sanctuary Preparation; Sacraments; Worship Services, Weddings, Funerals, Music.
PROPERTY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE meets on Monday before Session 6 p.m.
Responsible for supporting programs and activities of the church in financial and property matters through Administration of Budget, Advising Business Manager; Managing investments.
MISSION OUTREACH COMMITTEE meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Responsible for administration of programs in Evangelism and Mission.
Special Needs and Endowment Committee meets quarterly Moderator Earl Borah (Session) Church-Wide Nominating Committee meets on call Jim Beukelman (Session)
